Omelets in a bag
Crack two large or extra-large eggs into a Zip lock bag. Never more than two eggs per bag.
Add milk, salt and pepper. Shake and squeeze to combine them. Put out an assortment of your favorite omelet ingredients such as: cheeses, ham, onion, hot pepper, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc. Have guests write their name on a quart-size Zip lock freezer bag with a permanent marker. Biscuits & Gravy
Melt 4 Tbl Spns butter in Sauce pan. (1/2 stick)
Then stir in 4 tbl spns flour. Stir on low heat till you have a creamy mix. Stir in 2 cups of milk, Add milk a 1/4 cup at a time. (Be patient) Till it starts to thicken and add another 1/4 cup, Repeat till done. Cut the sausage up in small chunks and brown. Add to gravy and stir. Add pepper to your liking, Put your bisquits in the oven and your almost ready to eat. |
